DIAMAS - Project details
Developing Institutional Open Access Publishing Models to Advance Scholarly Communication
The DIAMAS project – Developing Institutional Open Access Publishing Models to Advance Scholarly Communication – aims to develop common standards and guidelines for Diamond Open Access publications. With the innovative European Quality Standard for Institutional Publishing (EQSIP), DIAMAS will provide a modular and flexible tool. The for this purpose developed training materials and business model concepts take into account the different national, economic and institutional circumstances of publication services.
Together with 23 partner institutions, the project coordinator Aix-Marseille Université receives a three-year grant from the European Commission. SUB Göttingen will contribute to the project primarily through its participation in institutional publishing networks. These include the German-speaking working group of university publishers (AG Universitätsverlage), the Association of European University Presses and the German-speaking OJS community.
